The HRD & Placement Cell and IQAC of Sri Bhuvanendra College, Karkala, in association with Magic Bus India Foundation, organized a three-day Skill Development Training Programme for final-year B.Com and BBA students from 1 to 3 September 2026 at the AV Hall.
The programme was inaugurated by Dr. Manjunatha A. Kotian, Principal, with Mrs. Shodhana Avinash Upadhyaya, Training Officer, Magic Bus India Foundation, as the resource person. Mr. Lakshminarayana K. S., IQAC Coordinator, and Mr. Mahesh Shetty, Placement Coordinator, were present on the dais.
The training focused on enhancing students’ employability, communication, confidence, interpersonal skills and workplace readiness. Students actively participated in various sessions and activities designed to improve their personality, interview skills and career preparedness.
