Sri Bhuvanendra college,Karkala, is an Arts,Science and Commerce college.Situated in one of the most beautiful out-skirts of Karkala.

1.College Infrastructure:- The College has excellent educational facilities. It is provided with good library,indore sports complex,clean and hygine mess etc.

2.Teaching:-The college has excellent and well trained staff. The college provides ample scope to the students to cultivate better intellectual.

3.Extra curricular activities:- Co-Curricular programmes include NCC,NSS,Sports and Games,Yoga,Music,Yakshagana,Drawing and Painting.Photography,Human Resource Development Cell etc.

It was in the month of may, when i joined this esteem institition named, Sri.Bhuvanendra College. I entered here with lots of hopes, lots of dreams, a dream of getting a perfect base for my career achievement. This college became a perfect  base for my career. They says when your base are strong enough then you can achieve anything in your life, and that strong base I got here.

Everything I found in this college is extraordinary and goal oriented for me.

All lecturers are so supportive and they also supported me a lot in my academics and extra curricular activities. Its all because of their support only, that I have achieving something in my life. They are my mentor. Talking about teaching, well i must say, all faculty members always puts maximum efforts for their students. It makes me feel so blessed to be their student. They never give up on their students, support them a lot and try their best to make their student’s future a successful one.

My words will be incomplete if I don’t mention anything about Principal, Dr.Manjunath A Kotian Sir. Sir has such a amazing personality which everyone loves. He is so down to earth kind of person and Always ready to help personally to those students who faces any kind of difficulties or any kind of trouble. All we can say that he is a man with an extraordinary will power in him.

Talking about college, then I just love the environment of the college & surroundings, the garden near the college, the library, the Vanabhojana  temple, all these adds extra beauty to the collage.

The co – curriculum activities of the college such as NSS, NCC, Rovers & Rengers, Youth Red Cross Wing, Literature Club, Science Club etc helps to develop the personality of the students and also help them to get recognition & fame in the institution as well as in the society. Many of NCC cadets & NSS volunteer represents  institution in the national Republic day & Independent day parade at Delhi every year, which is so proud & honor scenario for the institution.

Institution like Sri.Bhuvanendra College builds student’s career path. Faculty’s never give up spirit on students boost the energy of students & help them to achieve more in their life. All I want to say that I’m a  PROUD alumni of Sri.Bhuvanendra College

ಶ್ರೀ ಭುವನೇಂದ್ರ ಕಾಲೇಜು ನಮ್ಮ ಕಾರ್ಕಳದ ಹೆಮ್ಮೆಯ  ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠಿತ ವಿದ್ಯಾ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಾಗಿದೆ.ಕಾರ್ಕಳದ ಸುತ್ತಮುತ್ತಲಿನ ಊರಿನ ವಿವಿಧ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳ ಸಾಧಕರಲ್ಲಿ ಬಹುತೇಕರು ನಮ್ಮ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಹಳೆವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳೇ ಆಗಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ ಎಂಬುವುದು ಹೆಮ್ಮೆಯ ಸಂಗತಿ.

ವಿದ್ಯಾ ಏಕಾಂತತೆಗೆ ಪೂರಕವಾದ ಶಾಂತ ಪ್ರದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಥಿತವಾಗಿರುವ ನಮ್ಮ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತಮ ದರ್ಜೆಯ ತರಗತಿ ಕೊಠಡಿ,ಅಕ್ಷರದ ಅಕ್ಷಯ ಪಾತ್ರೆಯಂತಿರುವ ಗ್ರಂಥಾಲಯ,ದೃಶ್ಯ-ಶ್ರವ್ಯ ಕೊಠಡಿಗಳು, ವಿಶಾಲವಾದ ಒಳಸಭಾಂಗಣ,ಸುವಿಶಾಲ ಹೊರ ಸಭಾಂಗಣ ಹಾಗು ಸುಸಜ್ಜಿತ ಒಳಕ್ರೀಡಾಂಗಣವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದೆ.ಜ್ಞಾನದ ಗಣಿಗಳಂತಿರುವ ಅನುಭವಿ ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸಕರು,ದಕ್ಷ ಹಾಗು ಸಮರ್ಥ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರು ಹಾಗು ಸ್ಪಂದನಾತ್ಮಕ ಕಛೇರಿ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ನಮ್ಮ ಕಾಲೇಜು ಪಠ್ಯಗಳ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಪಠ್ಯೇತರ ಚತುವಟಿಕೆಗಳಿಗೂ ವಿಶೇಷ ಪ್ರಾಶಸ್ತ್ಯ ನೀಡುತ್ತಾ ಬಂದಿದೆ.

NSS ಹಾಗು ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯ ಸಂಘಗಳ ಸದಸ್ಯನಾದ ನಾನು ಅವೆರಡರಿಂದ ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ಜ್ಞಾನ,ಅನುಭವ ಹಾಗು ಕೀರ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಗಳಿಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ.

ನನ್ನ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಪ್ರತಿಭೆಯನ್ನು ಅಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಗುರುತಿಸಿದರಿಂದ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯ ಮಟ್ಟಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಗು ರಾಜ್ಯಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ  ಗುರುತಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟೆನು;ಅಲ್ಲದೆ ರಾಜ್ಯಮಟ್ಟದ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜಯಶಾಲಿಯೂ ಆದೆನು.

ಹೀಗೆ ಹಲವು ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಕಾಲೇಜು ಪ್ರತಿಭೆಗಳನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿಸುತ್ತಾ ಬಂದಿದೆ.

ಮೌಲ್ಯಾಧಾರಿತ ಜೀವನಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರಾಶಸ್ತ್ಯ ನೀಡುತ್ತಾ ಬಂದಿರುವ ನಮ್ಮಕಾಲೇಜಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತೀವರ್ಷ “ಮೋರಲ್ ಸ್ಪಿರಿಚುವಲ್ ಕ್ಯಾಂಪ್” ನಡೆಯುತ್ತದೆ.ಹೀಗೆ ಉತ್ಕೃಷ್ಟತೆಯ ಪರಕಾಷ್ಠೆಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದ ಮೂಲಕ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಕೀರ್ತಿ ಅಷ್ಟದಿಕ್ಕುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹರಡಲಿ ಎಂದು ಹಾರೈಸುತ್ತೇನೆ.

Sri Bhuvanendra college has groomed us with a perfect blend of education, extra-curriculams and fun. My 5 years of experience in this Temple of learning has been colourful and vibrant. The campus is well placed surrounded by nature with greenary all around and  with a well equipped infrastructure. To grow up from being a junior uptill my graduation has been a journey of a lot of worthful experience. The tutors are the best, who are the most important pillars of this eminent institution. They don’t just impart education but even values that are helpful to shape a student’s life. They not just help you in your academics but also guide you in extra-curriculums. I had a wonderful experience being the secretary of the Commerce Association in my final year; we organised various events with the guidance of our  Teachers. This college has given me a lot of opportunities to make the best out of myself

When we look for a college, we look for a place that not only offers quality education but also activities that bring overall development. Sri bhuvanendra college is one such college that offers not just intellectual but personal growth as well. The simplicity and beauty in it’s infrastructure that is surrounded by greenery gives a Peaceful outlook, that serves great for learning. The faculty members encouragement to their students in terms of academics, sports, cultural programs and other extra-curricular activities is unmatched. The college library provides a vast range of books. The mid-day meal program of the college ensures to provide hot and nutritious food to it’s students. With numerous associations and activities, sri bhuvanendra college has given me one of the dynamic five years of my life. Whether it’s encouragement for extra curricular activities, or complete and whole hearted support for a three month NCC camp in my II PUC , or a four month national level Republic Day Camp NCC, or an opportunity to conduct fine arts, cultural programs and contribution in the conduct of college day as the fine arts secretary, this institutions has not just made me realise my potential but also encouraged me to keep pushing my limits and take up new challenges.

College not only educates you for the pursuit of a career, but it also provides general knowledge and introduces real life situations that help students to learn about life and themselves. It was June 17th of 2015 the frst day , I entered Sri Bhuvanendra College and I completed my both PUC and Degree from the same college. It has given me a lot of memories and scope for co-curricular and extra curricular activities. As I’m from commerce background, lectures are really good, awesome teaching faculty with so many experienced lecturers. Even if we have any doubt they are always ready to help us. While talking about library, our library is a place where I like to go every time and it has  excellent book facilities. Not only text books, all type of novels and other books are also available. Even internet facilities is there for students in college library which is very helpful. In short I would say that my journey in Sri bhuvanendra College was one of the golden memories in my life and both teaching and non teaching staffs helped me in everyway..

opportunities to improve myself & am from commerce background I can say that the teaching of the college is very good ,because of the friendly nature of our lecturers we can clarify our doubt at any point of time.And about college library , library is well maintained and consists of plenty of books and college campus is one of the well disciplined campus in Karkala.Then talking about the commerce department ,it will arrange so many activities for the students of commerce background and for non commerce background with the intention of motivating the students and exploring potentials of students. In short my journey in Sri Bhuvanendra College from 2015 to 2020 is one of the beautiful journey in my life
