On 19 September 2026, in collaboration with MAHE, the 5th Convention of AGE College Teachers was successfully organized. The event featured an insightful technical session by Resource Person Dr. Ramnarayan on the topic “Safe Learning Environment.” Addressing the gathering, Dr. Ramnarayan emphasized that creating a supportive atmosphere is essential for impactful teaching, as educators and students grow together through mutual learning. He highlighted the importance of preserving informal bonds with students, listening to them patiently, and respecting their emotions without ridicule. Concluding his address, he urged teachers to foster empathetic guidance and strong student rapport through effective communication skills.
