Dr. Shreyashree Suvarna inaugurated the Women Empowerment Unit program on 27-02-2025 at Sri Bhuvanendra College, emphasizing proactive health check-ups for women to prevent serious illnesses like cancer and encouraging the use of medical facilities. Principal Dr. Manjunatha A. Kotian and Student Welfare Officer Prof. Marpalli graced the event, which aimed to raise awareness about women’s health. The program included detailed information on cervical and breast cancer for the students.
